Work Profile
Adv. Prafulla Paranjape: Prafulla has completed his LL.M. from the University of Pune and LL.B. from D.E.S. Law College, Pune. Prafulla was awarded a Gold Medal for securing highest number of marks in the subject “Code of Civil Procedure” by the University of Pune. He has substantial exposure in Intellectual Property Laws, commercial contracts, software related agreements and litigation in diverse areas. Prafulla has represented clients and assisted Advocates in various Writ Petitions, Appeals and other proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble Bombay High Court, trial proceedings before the Trial Courts, District Courts and various other Tribunals and Authorities.
